Step 1.
On sheet "input" adjust spin-buttons for:
V=20, K=6, T=4, M=5, L=1 and B=25
Adjust spin-button iterations to 3000
Step 2.
On sheet "constraints" enter the following:
Cell B3=0, Cell
C3=3, Cell D3='01020304050607
Cell B4=1, Cell C4=4, Cell D4='01030507091113151719
Cell B5=1, Cell C5=3, Cell D5='1314151617181920
Step 3.
On sheet "input"
click the "Optimize" button
Step 4.
Press the "X" button
to stop the program when no more
improvement found for 2 consecutive runs.
